Driving Change: Highlights from Our First-Ever Golf Tournament

On September 19, 2025, we teed off at Harbourview Golf and Country Club in Gilford for our very first Golf Tournament—and what a day it turned out to be! With 62 attendees, sunny skies, and a shared spirit of generosity, the event brought together community, camaraderie, and a powerful purpose: raising funds for our Scholarship Program.

Golfers arrived with enthusiasm, ready to enjoy the course and connect with fellow players, sponsors, and supporters. Thanks to your generosity, we raised $6,000 for our Scholarship Program—a powerful step toward helping students pursue their educational goals.

Thanks to the incredible support of our sponsors, we sold out every sponsorship opportunity and raised meaningful funds to help students pursue their educational goals. Your contributions made this milestone event possible, and we’re deeply grateful.

Tournament Highlights

  • A scenic, central course that offered the perfect backdrop for the day
  • A putting contest that brought out plenty of laughs—some struggled to score, but fun was had by all
  • The OOWA Golf Ball Challenge kept things interesting: while some balls mysteriously vanished into the fairway abyss, others returned with battle scars. We inspected each one like forensic experts—searching for signs of impact and celebrating every dent with a grin!

Thank You to Harbourview Golf & Country Club A sincere thank you to the staff at Harbourview Golf and Country Club for your support throughout the day. Your team helped create a welcoming atmosphere and kept things running smoothly on the course. We appreciated your hospitality and partnership in making our first tournament a success.
