Since its establishment in 1999, the Ontario Onsite Wastewater Association has been dedicated to providing access to a large network of onsite wastewater professionals. Our members are at the front lines of rural development, supporting onsite systems as sustainable, affordable and permanent wastewater servicing options.

Maintenance Providers & PumpersTo encourage young people to consider a career in the onsite wastewater industry, OOWA is now offering memberships to students at no charge. This free membership gives students access to all the benefits of OOWA membership as well as an excellent opportunity to learn more about the industry and to connect with professionals.
Special rates for Young Professionals are also available. This membership is for individuals under the age of 30, who are between graduating and securing their first job or for those who are just breaking into the industry and want to contribute while connecting with established professionals.

- Follow this link to our online membership portal, create a log-in and then proceed to register and pay with a credit card or request an invoice. This portal then becomes your interface with the association where you can renew your membership and register for our events.

On the first of every month, our members receive an e-Bulletin that provides regulatory updates, details on emerging industry trends, and a list of skills development courses provided by our education partners. Being a member means being in the know about your industry.
‘Onsite’ is our association’s tri-annual print newsletter. It is distributed both digitally and in hard copy to our 700+ members. It is the only publication in Ontario that addresses the onsite and decentralized wastewater industry. ‘Onsite’ features member profiles, case studies, technical articles and industry updates.
