OOWA Governance & By-laws
The enacted bylaws of the Ontario Onsite Wastewater Association are the rules and regulations which provide a framework for the association operation and management.
In general, our bylaws provide for meetings, elections of a board of directors and officers, filling vacancies, notices, types and duties of officers, committees, assessments and other routine conduct. Our bylaws are our contract to our members and may only be formally amended at our Annual General Meeting.
