This past Friday Doug Ford announced another round of provincial restrictions and measures in an attempt to slow the recent spike in COVID 19 cases. This included restrictions on certain types of construction.
This round of restrictions has no effect on the design, installation or servicing of septic systems as residential construction activities or projects and related services are allowed to continue.
Rob Kennaley of Kennaley Construction Law has provided some excellent detailed clarification of the most recent amendment to Ontario Regulation 82/80, Reopening Ontario (A Flexible Response to COVID-19) Act, 2020.
